Abe Lincoln's View of Litigation

"Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser -- in fees, expenses, and waste of time."


Well before Collaborative Law was even a concept, Abraham Lincoln had strong opinions about litigation. He still makes a lot of sense about 150 years later.
